what are your sources for this information? I have a friend suffering from fibromyalgia and would like to show her the studies on this info you are providing if it can help her ailments as indicated.
Nicole, I do a lot of research: books, online magazines, YouTube videos of people who share their experiences, etc. You need to show your friend this initial information, but then she needs to do some research on her own and once she’s comfortable, she can make her own decisions.
How do you use them? In capsules? In a carrier oil? Topically? In a cream? Once a day? More often?
I personally don’t ingest oils, so I suggest making oil blends with oils you have on hand and give it a try.
Where would one find recipes for making topically with the oils? And where could one buy oils? I have one brand, however, they don’t have all the oils that you suggest.
Ann, here’s a recipe you can try: mix 10 drops each of the oils mentioned in this article with an ounce coconut oil. Lightly massage your painful areas twice a day. You can find lots of recipes online, or you can make your own combinations and see what works for you. Here’s a list of my favorite essential oil books: https://www.enjoynaturalhealth.com/essential-oil-books/
Get one or two and study them: you’ll learn so much about how to properly use essential oils.
As for where to buy your oils, it;s a decision you need to make. Three are so many companies selling oils today, it shouldn’t be hard finding what you need. I purchased oils form several companies: NOW brand, Barefut, doTERRA, Eden Gardens, and many others. I get my oils at Amazon, since I have Prime and get 2 days free shipping. Are you able to use in bath? Or a diffuser to help?
You can use them in your bath and even diffuse them, but the best is to apply them locally.
