Mandy, you can apply the oils to your temples (be careful if you use peppermint: keep that away from your eyes!), behind your ears, on the back of your head, or the bottom of your feet. Experiment and see what works best for you!

Kat, mix and match until you get a combination that works best for you. Equal amounts of each oils works. Just make sure to add a carrier oil.
