Favorite Fall Diffuser Blends

Fall is in the air… and I’m reminded of the warm, spicy scents of my favorite fall diffuser blends. Some of my favorite autumn oil blends to diffuse contain cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and clove combined with citrus oils. Ohh… how I LOVE fall!

As autumn brings forth the gorgeous, richly colored foliage, my diffusers are doing their job of filling our home with aromas almost forgotten of pumpkin pies and apple cobbler, and candy cane…

Favorite Fall Diffuser Blends

Orange Spice

• 5 drops orange oil
• 1 drop cinnamon oil
• 2 drops clove oil
• 1 drop nutmeg oil

Spiced Cider

• 4 drops orange oil
• 3 drops ginger oil
• 2 drops cinnamon oil

Pumpkin Spice

• 5 drops cinnamon oil
• 1 drop nutmeg oil
• 2 drops clove oil

If You Don’t Have a Diffuser

If you happen to be at the beginning of your essential oils journey, and don’t have a diffuser yet, these autumn diffuser recipes are also perfect for room sprays. Here’s how you can transform these blends into room sprays: start with a 4oz. glass spray bottle, add any of the combinations above multiplied by 5 (you should end with 40-50 essential oil drops. Add 1 oz witch hazel, and then fill with water, leaving a bit of room at the top to be able to shake and mix the content. Your room spray is ready. Shake every time before spraying.
