I love playing around with new essential oil recipes but for all the time spent putting these blends together I’m still often stumped by the range of measurements and formulas given for oil recipes. There’s teaspoons, milliliters and drops. Sometimes 1 drop, sometimes 20! Sometimes you can easily pour drops but sometimes you need to do it using a spoon – the crazy life of an EO lover hey!
To make my life a little easier, I have an essential oil blend conversion list written out and stuck to my fridge so that I never lose it!
