Easy to make and healthy, this recipe for broccoli cauliflower fritters will become a family favorite.
Place broccoli and cauliflower pieces into your food processor and turn on until chopped up in small pieces. While rice size it's great, you can also leave the pieces a bit bigger if you'd like some more texture
Microwave 10 minutes
Let cool for about 15 minutes
Add 2 eggs, Lawry's salt & black pepper and mix well.
Grind your flax seeds and add them to the mixture
Spray your cooking pan and turn the heat on
Scoop mixture and drop it in your pan. Flatten/shape your patties with a spoon
Cover and let them cook on medium for about 5 minutes (check about half way through to make sure your fire is not too hot)
Flip them over and let cook for 3 to 4 more minutes
Take patties out and arrange them on a plate
Serve warm or cold (both are great!)
